We generate revenue primarily from the interchange fees on the transactions you make with your Burnr cards. In other words, we get a very small cut of the fees merchants already have to pay when you use a traditional payment card.
The short answer is: no! Our data investment service works by combining transactional and demographic data to produce marketing insights on target audiences. No data that can identify or be indirectly tied back to your person is ever exposed.
You can create an unlimited number of Burnr cards - or, to be more specific, as many as your bank account can fund! However, Burnr cards must be funded with a minimum of $1, and each has a maximum limit of $1000 for now.
Unfortunately, the Burnr app does not currently support native fund withdrawals. You can always update an authorization restriction or card type, though.
